The Kanopi Supper is a journey through the Mediterranean that embraces the bounty of the Hudson Valley and surrounding areas. It’s a rhythmic wave of tapas style courses, creating an ebb and flow of flavors, textures, and creativity. Heavily influenced by his youth spent in the tascas of Portugal, Chef Anthony Goncalves is cooking from his soul and his roots.
